screen freeze in games help

Could it be heat? What are the temps on the card? What case and case cooling do you have?

cpu cour temp 38' c
pwm temp 42 c
chip set temp 42 c
cpu fan 1110 rpm
fan 2 1506 rpm
chip set f 3308 rpm
case cooling
120mm front & rear no obstructions
80mm to side centre
checked fan g/card & cpu on lock ups all working.
Reinstalled sound drivers.
Same thing freeze after 10 min but sound still working, some games will flicker freeze then carry on working but others will just freeze.
Ran 3DMark05 no broblems score 8045.
Same with sandra 2005 burn-in no broblems.
