Have you got the latest nForce and GeForce drivers installed?

I don't think your problem is vsync. I presume the 'scrolling' is in 2D mode as well as games?

Isn't anyone else thinking that this is a hardware problem and so needs RMA?

Surely, they were built for each other and sold with each other so MUST work.

Only thing I can suggest is just starting with bare minimum over again, install windows and if it doesn't work then RMA it.

    Hi everyone

Another query about this 3d1 card its says in the manually that it will not run without the 6 pin plug connected to the psu 12v supplies but i noticed this one does.
Do you think it would suggest that it is not getting its full amps from the psu

have you tried moving your monitor further away from the PC? If it is interference this may help. No idea on the 6 pin plug question tho
