SLi and ATI question
Obviously SLi is an nVidia technology and does not work with ATI cards. But do SLi boards work with a single ATI card fine? Any issues I should be aware of?
I'm upgrading soon and not sure if i should get an SLi board, Crossfire or normal single GFX card board. I'm thinking furture proof you see, and don't want to limit my chioces in future as I may go with nVidia for now and maybe change to ATI later.
Shouldn't be any problem running an ATI PCI-E card on an nForce4.
Theres no problems with ati on a nf4.
As for crossfire, I think someone will work out how to get it to run on an nf4 board.
i just bought the asus a8n SLI (nf4)for my 3700, hope at can pull something out the bag so i can run another x850 xt pe.

My sli board and a x850 xt pe run fine.
