    or goto the mouse website, theres a form to fill in ive had 3 replaced, whenever a new intellimouse was released i umm 'found' a fault in the mouse, and they would send me the new version its ace

    ahhh, the muppets sent me the wrong one after all this time

    The prats only sent me a normal MS intellimouse (ball) while i have an optical 5 button silver intellimouse explorer

    I know this is going to take an age to sort out

    Just got off the phone to them - they were very efficent this time. No being re-directed to Germany and him having to say every word out 3 times
    I have to send both mice back now, but im waiting untill this one arrives first.
    Hopfully it'll be all sorted soon

    You guys all saying how cables break so eaily..... I broke my last mouse by shagging the cable when it got tangled....so I went wireless, the logitech MX700 I think, and its f'kin beautiful mouse. And the cable will never break!
