Hi all,
Did a format and re-installed XP the other day and now can't get USB2 to work. I've got SP2 on here and have tried searching windows update, microsoft.com etc and still can't get the thing working. Downloading the USB2 drivers from Shuttle doesn't help either as it tells you to update via windows update!
I'm going nuts here...can anyone help?

All you have to do is go on device manager and go on update drivers. I had the same problem. It happens when you install xp and then immediately install sp2
control panel/admin tools/computer management/device manager
go to usb controllers and right click > update drivers

you probably need SP1(A) too
You dont need sp1 as its included in sp2. When you put on SP2 it just forgets to update the usb drivers.
