i think my mainboard had just died,

we had a 1-2 sec power cut that made 2 of my pc's reset them selfs, about 1 hour after reseting my linux box it starts to power off and on for about 5 mins (was trying to figure out this high noice fan sound). figure out that it my linux box (btw my linux box is just siting on a shelf under an esd bag because i did not want to put it in to me 802 case), i turn it off at the psu to stop it for powering on and off, i give it 1 min then i try tripping the power pins and noting happened, so i put i in to my 802 case just to be shore and still nothing,

any dears?? is the mb dead ???
