    Laptop Audio

    How would i connect a 2.1 speaker system to a sony fj series laptop?

    Can it go in a normal 3.5mm jack?

    i would guess the speakers will have a 3.5mm jack anyway. isn't that what regular desktops are still using too?

    Well i wasnt sure if 2.1 used phono connections instead of a jack - 5.1 etc does
