Just stick to Zalman or a ninjai for cpu cooling and any decently insulated case such as the P180 would take care of the gpu fan. Main concern of yours is the psu I reckon. Antec do a 500w Fanless design psu. I'm planning on getting it. People have written their concerns about 500w not being enough. :/ I'm no electrician but I am an engineer and have an idea of how much that is. I wish components would list their power consumption more clearly. It's a pain trying to find it for some of them.

Why is no-one mentioning the sound card. I don't have anything against the sound-blaster, although I've always found them troublesome, but why not go all the way and buy something like the Digigram VX442, I'd kill for one

BTW, How much are you actually planning to spend?
