About LinkBacksI'm looking at buying a Tagan 800W PSU (as it's not much more than a 700W), the problem is I can't find any reviews of it so has anyone got an idea of how good they are? I presume that they are decent.

well.. most Tagan PSUs should be at least decent if not very good. I have had several Tagans and none have let me yet. What can I say, its German engineering..

Okie dokely. I'm prepping my system for future upgrades. I'm going to buy XP pro and invest in vista after SP1 (hopefully most bugs will be ironed out).
It seems only yesterday that a 380W PS was massive! Pffft.

Hehe. Well I shall invest in one then. I'm getting some cold boot issues, which some people (from here) associated with my PSU. So I'll invest in a nice new 800W version/2*400gb/XP Professional.
My student loan's going to good use again.

Tagan are always rated highly and i dont know anybody who has had any probs with them, im gonna get a new 900w beast but they can be funny with some cases. ie all tagans dont fit in Antec P180 cases which is wierd
Well hopefully I won't encounter any issues with the 800W Tagan & my Lian-Li V1000B+
I recently bought the Tagan TG900-U95 900W, and although i havent got all the components to set my self built up quite yet, i was thouroughly impresed with the packaging it came in. I was just expecting a carboard box, but no! it came in a leather suit case! i was well impressed...just need the rest of my rig now.
