    Problems with logitech MX1000

Hi, got a logitech MX1000 and its been a bit funny lately. Sometimes it will lock up, sometimes it will stutter a lot when i move it, sometimes it will stutter and move really slowly, sometimes the cruise control will go on, sometimes it will constantly scroll (Only in some apps) etc etc.

Sometimes its almost non-stop problems and sometimes its fine for weeks.

However, 99% of the time it will stop if i press esc on the keyboard (Logitech, wired).

Both are connected to PS2 ports, the mouse receiver is next to my logitech speaker (Magnet problems?) and my dell monitor.

I'm sure its not the software as ive uninstalled and re-installed the newest software.

    Any ideas?

Well, one problem with that........all my USB ports are used so even if it does work it cant really be a proper solution

Anyway, i thought moving from USB to PS2 was meant to solve these problems....not the other way?
