Came with a Geforce 4 chipset. The only downside is that Dell are REALLY slow at releasing updated drivers for it, and you cant just use stop ones because the laptop has custom functionality (screen resolution, TV-OUT etc).Originally posted by td5
Did that come with an NV28 or an M9?
Ive been looking into Dell's lately, and so have a few friends.
The TV OUT is really good actually. 1024x768 and the colours are pretty good.
As for gaming, the laptop is great. Not sure what the response time is on the screen but there is very little blurring, and most games I throw at it run pretty well as long as you dont try and play them at insane resolutions.
The only downside is the fan can get pretty loud when the processor and GPU are running at full power, but I think you will get that anywhere.
I work on the laptop all day and use it in the evening for gaming and I am pretty happy with it. The only other downside is the keyboard which feels a little cheap.
