    I see what Hexus is doing. To anyone who is complaining this is nothin to do with a student laptop. This is for somone who might want a hell of a fast laptop instead of a desktop PC. Aleinware and Voodoo have been saying they have the fastest for ages and surely they cant both be identical so this review is just to see who's is faster not if its suitable for students.

    Well done hexus! Any way u can get ATI and Nvidia to make a new card for a review? With a £500 Price tag and see whos is faster? Cause id love to see that!!! MY ASUS 9800 XT will beat Nvidia anyday

    Please respond to last part. i know answer is no but i liek to think on the positive side of things.

    The Alienware Area-51m's kick ass though. Look so much better than the Voodoopc laptops. They'll perform pretty much exactly the same and are just generally better...

    What happened to this then ? Were they reviewed ?

    Sorry to dig up an old thread but I am probably going to get a 17" clevo and it seems hard to find info, although I am finding now that almost all the most expensive laptops are clevo ones....

    Anybody heard of a Sun Microsystems or SGI laptop? A mate had a works "laptop" that was used for ASIC design, had to be mobile so they could take it to the clients. Would have been 5ish years ago. Think battery life was 20 minutes.
