New PC is slow to boot.

mine does 8 runs of the blue bar on windows boot but mine is caused by my internet running on ethernet port and having network setup also if i disable net port boots really fast if i dont it sorts the network port out while blue bar is on screen so as soon as welcome comes up i hit windows and am connected instantly only downside is my av takes about 2 secs to start up in windows

I have the hard-drive running on a completely different BUS (S-ATA rather than IDE).
