asus board with intel 945p chipset: £66
asus board with intel 965p chipset: £83
asus board with intel 975p chipset: £140
um... what exactly does extra money get?
I believe 965 Clock higher, whilst 975 has more features...
If you're main criteria is "it works" - any of them will do
i think the 975 officially supported crossfire as well.
Is there a definitive list of features that differentiate each? Ie, 945p = no crossfire/sli, 965p = extra raid controllers, higher memory support, 975 = official crossfire/sli support? Like hex, I'm thinking of getting a Core 2 Duo board but don't want to drop a ton more than I need to unless I can see clear benefits.
