Clan .:iGi:. invites Hexus for a night of ArmA 2

Ok, here's the plan

Next Friday (03/07/09) Clan iGi will run a private server purely for Hexus members. It will be primarily a night of 'Domination' however without ranks or limits. We will be running Mumble server for VOIP so you'll need to download that.

Depending upon numbers we'll sort squads out on the night and then get properly stuck in.

This will be a n00b friendly night, with instruction and help given along the way. If you're interested then please put your name in here and I'll make a list up and keep you all informed.

Server Stuff

Mumble Server: windows.imgoingin.co.uk - Check your PM's people for the password

Game Server: .:iGi:. Secondary ArmA 2 server. Password in your PM

Map: iGi Domination, Revive, AI disabled, Complete targets

Time: 8.30pm start on Mumble for an 8.45pm kick off. 15 mins briefing, squad discussion and general sorting.



Roles/Squads

Overall Commander - Moi, will be taking Arty 1 role and acting as transport pilot where needed.

2nd Arty - Kruck (floating squad member)

Alpha - Gravious (SL), Calcutter (2IC), j.o.s.h.1408, snootyjim, Flibb, Terbinator

Bravo - Lt Gruber (SL), Von (2IC), Jeomer, AP Geist, Zak33, Saofg, CrazyMonkey

Charlie - Ninja (SL), Blackwire (2IC), GazzThompson[U.W].Mike, [U.W].Blackadder, Yamangman

As for individual responsibilities in terms of infantry class etc, SL's and 2IC's will organise at their discretion. When in squad channels speak up if there's a role you specifically wish to play.

Alpha and Bravo squads will be the main target squads, with Charlie being a side mission squad (hence one less in number). To stop people getting bored doing the same thing though, I will mix this up later on in the night to give everyone a chance to do something different.

Alpha will be responsible for MHQ1, Bravo for MHQ2. Charlie squads insertion will be via either HALO or chopper transport depending upon available resources.
