I tried the Sabre last night - WOW, the detail on the plane is astounding, and the cockpit is probably even better than the stock pits - especially the weathering and chipping around the canopy frame.
I'll give that one a go later then. Have you found any more good links for downloads? I did a google but alot of sites seem closed, and a couple of projects that looked really promising discontinued.

edit:skunkworks kind of died due to real world demands on the guy that acted as webmaster & no-one else seems to be able to access the server to either update it or take it off.

Of course the flight model is a bit of a cheat for vectored thrust & the roll rate in hard flight mode is eye-watering (supposed to be getting fixed though).
