agreed..but the Rad's back in and although this is a "get it done to get out of the house" screenie, it looks so much better moving.
So...6800
and Radeon 9800 Pro
ok I hit Print Screen at the WRONG time for the ripples to show, but you cant see gradients on the water colours anymore.
PLUS the AA is working much better....
Its a tricky one..I grant ya. Card goes to someone else tomorrow to have a play. Its not for THIS bloke cos its not a pilots card
but for a 1st Person Shooter is is awesome

Skii...that is a copy of what I already had...thanks for trying but its just not the right card for this game
EITHER the drivers are making bad calls OF the texture units that are mising on this card and that ARE available on the GT /Ultra cards DO some of the other work to make other cards better.
However...I think its a driver issue, for this series of cards. Am sure NVIDIA wil sort it.
Meantime....its going off to Tarinder, who is gonna rip the hell out of it for a review.
Radeon9800 Zakky is back
and thanks Skii for all your input

It looks Awesome on my X800XT Even better than on my 9800Pro. Not to mention you can have it sharp all the way to the Horizon.

Seriously though. They support pretty much the same instruction sets so you should be able to get it looking the same.
You tried installing a new copy into a different directory? I am certain my graphics improved after I did that.
