As stated on the page itself, to get the game you have to agree to subscribe to the email newsletter and that by doing so it also means you agree with their Privacy Policy. As it also says however, you can unsubscribe at any time from the Contact Preferences section of your Account.

It also seems to require that your Steam and Fanatical accounts are linked before it will actually process through the checkout, but once it does you can then reveal the key.

You can also unlink the Steam account afterwards in the Linked Accounts section of your Fanatical Account if you prefer.

Surviving the Aftermath is ok, I had it from the beginning, was incredibly repetitive. Certainly worth a go for free. Hopefully they have updated it a bit since I got it
