When can I log in? I have wait for 2 hours now!
And sometimes it says I have used up my prepaid time, pretty weird because I have paid for another month.
Have somebody managed to log in? I have tried for like 5 hours now, I can't log in!!!!!!

It is something wrong with the account management pages, I can't check my payment details and It still says prepaid time expiration when I try to log in. What should I do?

Basicly everyone that is using a solo, switch or visa electron card has account payment problems no matter how many times you enter details into account manager... its becuase they havnt put a issue number section on their form so no bank will accept payment. After this new patch everyone that had their accounts frozen but were still working are no longer working and the account manger page is down... only thing you can do it wait for it to come back up like i am.
Oh and dont start that "****ing blizzard IM PAYING FOR THIS SERVICE and its not good enough" crap that im contantly reading on the offical forums (but cant post on due to login failure), yes you are paying for it and wow has ALOT less problems than any other mmorpg has and at the end of the day if your not happy with it DONT PLAY IT! majourity of the people with these problems havnt paid any money yet so you havnt lost anything except the £25 it cost to buy the game... you win some and you lose some.

Oh, I'm annoyed, and saying things like oh they're not as bad as game xyz, I don't give a toss, I'm not playing those, I want to play this one..
I mean, it's not like it is any great surpise to anyone that deals with card payments in europe that switch/solo/electron payments require an issue number..
I'm angry at Blizzard's complete lack of forethought, and very annoyed with their complete lack of customer service..
It really isn't good enough, and blindly accepting it will never get anything done about it.

Well with switch/solo moving to maestro (no issue number) it can be a bit confusing for them, but still a bit poor.
