Yes they are, you can pretty much name a set of components available from Scan.co.uk and get a quote from 3XS to have them made into a custom rig.

If you ring up the normal Scan sales line and ask for a quote on a custom build from 3XS, they should provide you with an email address that you can email the list of components to, and then they get back to you with a quote.

I have done this myself.

I recommend looking at the Scan 3XS Custom Series as a starting point, great bang for your buck so to speak, unless you want a lot of lights and tubes

I just have one further question, for the option of case cooling fans are these required on a Silverstone TJ09B-W Black Aluminium Full Tower Case inc Side Window or recommended? Also which fans are replaced with something like 120mm Coolermaster Internal Case Fan with BLUE LED
