    Invoice no *Removed*

    Hello, I ordered a system from yourselves on 6 October.

    I received an email on 14 Oct saying you have booked the system to be built on the 26th Oct and are hoping to have my system ready 29th Oct.

    If I had known the time from ordering to starting building was so long I would have thought twice about ordering.

    These guys probably have a busy schedule, and the pc probably goes under testing. If it's custom it seems reasonable to take a considerably longer time.

    I can only apologise for the delay our 3XS systems are in high demand especially at this time of year in order to keep up with the high standards we insist on building these machines correctly under strick testing proceedures with a no rush policy. I understand your frustration in the delay but I am sure you would also prefer a well built PC please let me know if you have any more questions.

    Its the 26th and my pc is due to be built, dispatch this Friday it says, but looking on on the website this afternoon, it has not got to even stage 3 (building) yet, does anyone know how long it takes for the site to be updated?

    Your system is due for build today and dispatch on the 29th, everything is on track and you will start to see your system move through the stages on tracking today.

    Ok great, thanks for that reassurance, I was a bit doubtful when I could not see it earlier but i just had a look and its on the building stage now

    Hi well the progress bar says its at 100% when I track it but despatch date is still showing as 29 Oct, though it is 1st Nov now and I have not yet received a phonecall regarding delivery.

    Please could you ring me and arrange delivery.

    I received my custom 3xs yesterday morning by dpd, have been having a play with my new pc and its looking good so far, thank you guys
