Lost 3XS Overclock Setttings - How can I restore?

    Hi,

In a moment of madness I flashed the BIOS. It has worked fine but I seem to have erased the Scan 3XS Overclock profile in the process.

Can someone tell me how to get a copy of the settings profile or how to manually create another?

The mobo is an ASUS P6T deluxe, CPU is i7 920 (X58) and I have 6Gb of RAM , listed in my original shipping document as TR3X6G1333C9.

From memory the CPU was overclocked by Scan from 2.66 to 3.6 and the memory up to 1.4 summat.

I tell you what it's noticeably slower now!

    Thanks for any/all help.

    R

If I am remembering what I have see in other threads, the overclock is just a profile in the BIOS.

    SCAN?

    SCAN?
I think I lost the profiles when I flashed the BIOS.

I am trying to call Scan but I'm not having much luck, just get an answer phone. I've tried to log in to the support bit of their site but not having much luck with that either.

If you have flashed your BIOS for some reason then you will have lost the settings. I will pass this to the correct team.

Re: Lost 3XS Overclock Setttings - How can I restore?

Hi I have OC bundle. Had issues and updated the BIOS for my P6X58D-E motherboard to 0502. Is it possible to get the OC settings back? Thanks
