    Lack of communication

    I ordered my 3XS system on the 18th of March and the payment for it went through on that day. But since then I have not been informed about what is happening with my order. It has been 10 days now and they have still have not updated me with my order's progress.
    I even opened two queries on scan.co.uk, but sadly I did not receive any replies.

    I have a feeling they have not even started building my system. It has been ten days, how can they just sit idle for so long. This is very appalling.

    10+ days for queue, 10+ days for building, 4-5 days for testing and maybe a few days for problems that I have been reading in these forums(out of stock etc). By the time I get my 1k+ system it will be out of date.

    On the order tracking page it says my order has been despatched and it gives me the DPD tracking ref: NS00E1618290. However, this reference number is invalid on the DPD site. Has my order been despatched yet?

    Its the 11th and the PC is still not delivered to me. The second targeted date was the 5th of april.

    Hi

    Your system order is not being delivered by DPD it will be delivered by Netsolve

    On the emails that are sent when your order was ready you are advised to ignore DPD emails if you get any
