First time buyer from scan, worried about communtication on build

Hey guys, I'm slowly starting to get more worried about the order that I placed with you on the 23rd of march, payment of the order was recieved almost instantly, I recieved email comfirmation the next morning that ye had recieved my build and that you would be in contact shortly. After a few days of no contact I decided to ring your customer call line, I was instantly told the build was a few days into build and I would recieve it monday the 4th, this sounded great but wondered why i was not told, after a few days passedrealising I was never given a build order, so I got suspecious.

I emailed to make sure everything was okay, upon recieving a reply I was told that items where out of stock and that my system had not even been booked to be built however was now given the date that it would start on the 8th, I was this time given a build number.

While I cannot blame you at all for the parts being out of stock, the graphics card seems to be over due since the 25th of march which is no fault of your own, I am getting worried that the build will not be ready on time and fear it will be push back even further, Is it possible to get an update and see if something can be sorted out?

Looking through your query I can see an e-mail sent on the 31st March from Kerry to confirm the tracking details and the build date of the 8 th April. Can you confirm if you received this e-mail?

The following products are out of stock.

1) Asus Xonar DX PCI-E Soundcard - Checking ETA
2) 120mm Coolermaster Sickleflow Blue - Due 14th April

Hey chris, thanks for the reply, I do have that email yes, however I was told on the phone the 4th origionally which is where the confusion is, Good to hear everything else is in stock I thought I would have trouble with the graphics card more then anything, Hmm. what would be the best options on the soundcard and fan, I dont mind paying more seeing as the fan is only side window mounting, and again dont mind paying more for the next step up in soundcard either. Let me know what can be arranged and I will of course accomidate whats best for you and your team

Hey chris, again thank you for the excellent feedback and service.

If you switch the soundcard for the - LN22881

And the fan to LN33444 unless you have an LN29890 - as the fan is on the side window its not a major issue so which ever you see is best for the build, what ever the difference just bill me of course

With these changes should everything be okay for the start date tomorrow?

Hey is it possible to find out what the update is, the PC is scheduled to start build today, although I have not seen a change in it's status, are the items that I asked to upgrade to being changed to in the build, Do i need to sort out the extra cost, or is it a case of the build will be delayed for the out of stock parts?

Sort of stuck in limbo here, not knowing what is going on I know your very busy just wondering whats the plan on the build with the aforementioned changes.

Just to confuse you the original Sound card has come into stock and has been allocated to your order, the replacement sound card is out of stock - Dee 18th April.

If you would like to change the sound card back to the original, we can refund the extra paid for the LN 22881.

What ever is best for you, the LN 22881 isn't due until the 18th April, which is after the system is due but if you prefer this, we can ship it separately and you could install it yourself as this wouldn't void the warranty.

Or we can refund and switch the card back..
