I have seen a few similar posts on this forum and even though I don't like to be a nuisance it seems that by posting to this forum things get done.

I ordered a custom build 3XS system on the 9th April and got the standard email response regarding checking stock etc... I have not heard anything since. I have noted that the graphics cards that I specified are out of stock but I would be quite happy to change to a different card/s if it would speed up the build process. My home computer went bang and I desperately need a replacement ASAP. I have emailed a couple of times but have had no response, I am working night shifts at the moment so have not been able to call during office hours.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Picked up my 3XS system this afternoon in Bolton. I was very impressed by the service and the srubbishrubbishrubbishrubbishy showroom! I have just set it up; awesome!! Beautifully put together and as fast as a really fast thing. Thanks guys! BTW cool GTR in the car park with the personalised plate! Was tempted to pick up in my TVR Tuscan being such a lovely day, but would never have fit it all in!
