So i've been at this stage since Tuesday.. Can anyone tell me how long they generally take to get out of it? I thought scan would immediately just take from their current stock and send it off so my replacement parts would be here by now.
I have tried calling the returns department and asking but seems no one is picking up yesterday/today. I also asked to have the parts testing in a specific way (the problem arises on windows installation and the parts were tested using crysis/prime95) which seems hasn't happened as well.
Love it if someone would just talk to me..
