Received the wrong motherboard model

Hello,

I received my order today upon arrival I noticed that the motherboard scan have sent me is the gigabyte P55-UD3 model, however I ordered specifically for a P55-UD3R. I know its a minor detail but the i7 support with the UD3R is the sole reason why I bought it now I've ended up with the wrong motherboard and am very disappointed meaning my build will have to be significantly delayed.

Please advise me on what to do next, thank you.

If you put the information on there about the board being the wrong model, we can check stock etc to ensure that the stock we have is not mis-serialised and they will be able to assist you futher.

the item got picked up last friday, when would i expect the replacement motherboard to come?
