    Exclamation Wrong Motherboard model!

    Hi

Today ( 28/09/2006) i received from scan the parts i needed to assemble my new system. All fine i thought... delivered on time, very well packed and all the ordered parts so i started to assemble the pc. Near to the end when all parts were fixed to the case i started to connect the different fans, case cables... but then i realized something, i had the wrong motherboard model!

I should have the Asus PB5 deluxe/wifi but i received the Asus PB5 deluxe (without wifi)... Stunned by that i checked my receipt and indeed it was the Asus PB5 deluxe/wifi that i had ordered.
To me the most surprising thing is that Scan doesn’t even have the Asus PB5 deluxe (without wifi) listed on their website.

Its now too late to contact Scan (19:08) so i decided to make a post on the forum...

Actually you can contact us 24 hours a day, by using the Support Link above...

It is possible that we've been shipped the wrong board by the supplier... it's rare, but it unfortunately does happen.

Anyway - if you mean the order placed 2 days ago, ending in 48 - then one of the Returns team should be able to help you with this tomorrow.
