I phoned Scan last week to say that the card my pending refund is going to had been lost, and my bank has blocked it and sent a new one (with a new number). The CS person was adamant it would still go into my account - but it just isn't possible...anyone knows that! That case would be correct if it were a bank transfer, but credit card numbers (the last four digits) change when you get issued a new one.
The refund was issued around Sept 22nd I think, so I may as well give up hope of seeing the cash again right? Because I know what I will be told next - "you'll need to place another order for any money to be refunded to a different card"..sigh.
