EVGA classified 759 Limited Edition RMA

Im trying to keep my cool as i type this as my motherboard was found faulty and returned to scan for RMA they have no stock as it was a limited edition board so EVGA should be able to sort out the replacement or fix the board but no i have just had a email from scan to say that EVGA cannot replace or fix it and would i like a Asus Rampage Ex 2 instead value £250 my board £390 i think not so now where do i stand with getting this problem sorted.

Should you not wish to take the suggested replacement we can proceed with a refund that takes into account the benefit of use you gained from the orginal item, this works out at approx £260.

I dont really need the board tbh as i got a EVGA X58 LE to keep me going till the rma got sorted out.

I notice you have EVGA looking into this, if they increase the credit we will have no problems passing this increase on, infact we have already refunded you more than EVGA credited ourselves.

Funny thing is OCUK got me a full refund from EVGA for my 285 FTW £415 so i cant see why they didnt offer the full amount for the board,like ive said EVGA germany are looking into it for me as there are quite a few 759 owner`s having problems getting there board replaced or fixed.

Still not got this sorted out as what makes matters worse is a chap on the EVGA froum from the UK got his 759 motherboard replaced no problem.

Saying that my motherboard should be at Germany now so i`ll start a rma on my product page on the evga website and sort this out myself as you now seem to be ignoring my replys and emails.
