Payment by PayPal Cancelled

My first order with Scan - and I paid with PayPal, but after I logged in paid everything seemed to go ok

I get an email from PayPal saying it was authoised ok - but I then get an email from Scan saying there was a problem authorising my card and the PayPal payment now shows Cancelled.

Can anyone explain what went wrong?? Cheers

There seems to be an issue when we tried to claim the funds from paypal, if you can call our accounts department via the number provided in the earlier email, they can go through taking the paypal payment whilst your on the phone.
