hdd knackered, can i get it fixed under warranty?

hi,

brought set of hdd's from scan back in may 07 and they're being used as part of a raid array and for the past few weeks, one drive has been "failing" and i've been having to repair the array quite frequently.

would i be able to get this thing returned, repaired or replaced?

Please confirm if the drives were part of a full system order and if so what is your build number so I can check if they are under manufacturers warranty?

they werent part of a system, i had brought the drives by themselves.

cheers, the serial number of the drive is: S0MUK13P214561

edit: ok urm, what going on here, this isnt a UK sourced drive?

..did it twice just to be sure. tried it with "US" as the country, picks it up fine as under warranty till may 2010..
