Afternoon Guys,

Unfortunately the integrated sound on my DFI board has gone pop, and is making some weird and wonderful noises, none of which I really wanted to hear. This is under Vista and XP, and under different driver versions/front panels/no front panel, so I've come to the conclusion that it's knackered.

Is there anything that can be done? It's at the heart of my main system, so an extended RMA is going to be slightly problematic, but probably bearable? (I believe it may be outside of warranty though )


Otherwise, what can you suggest to replace it, as you guys no longer stock DFI P35 based boards

Just had a look, and it appears a number of the DFI boards come with a 2 year warranty. If so, mine should be inside that?

What's the process for the RMA, is it going to be collected or am I posting it back to you, and will it be yourselves dealing with it, or will it be going back to DFI?

Bit of a bump;

My laptop has decided its going to go all shakey on me, and as such I need to keep hold of the DFI board for a little while (essay deadlines, eek!). What do I need to do?
