It appears my headset seems to developed a fault where the microphone isn't working correctly. I assumed that maybe it was the detachable microphone so I've bought another one and people still can't hear me. Further more, the left ear piece (same one where the microphone connects) has started to give me intermittent sound problems where it cuts out periodically so there definitely something a miss.
So if one of you guys could look over this I' appreciate it.

I got an email from Michael W saying I could return the item by post if I replied to the email and he would issue me with an RMA number. I've replied to the email saying I will post it back but I've still yet to get an RMA number. Wondering if you could look into this for us ?

I don't have all of the packaging that came with the headset as it was one of those plastic clamshells that nees an assortment of tools to get into, will this affect my RMA ?

No it will not.....Please just ensure it is adequately packaged.

Hey guys, it seems you (Lee) have found a fault with the product I returned. The RMA screen on your site only has the diagnosis as a "faulty mic" but the sound from the left ear piece is also faulty. A way to replicate this is too watch a film with an AC3 audio track and you will definitely notice the sound is off from the left side - you could also use the headphone with the Sharkoon SCU unit to make sure the headset definitely recieves a Dolby Digital signal.
I just don't want you to send the item back with a new microphone and the sounds still be screwed. and then I have to go through the whole RMA procedure again.
