Rma on a hard drive: Quick question

    Lo chaps

I've got a WD 1.5 TB EARS drive here.. I got from our For Sale forum. It's not spinning.

It's only a few months old... and I have all the invoice details for it's purchase.

Can I RMA it.. or do I need to get the original owner to RMA it?

    Cheers

Re: Rma on a hard drive: Quick question

    Zak33,

Apologies for the delay. Just checked in with Wesley, he states that if you can have the original purchaser contact ourselves in writing (email preferred) stating that he is happy for you to deal with the RMA, we can deal with you direct. Please can you ask the original purchaser to quote this thread when sending the email across.

    All the best
