Placed the order yesterday (thurs 29th), was contacted at 6.35pm which is AFTER scan had already closed informing that an item on the order was out of stock, which was in stock when the order was placed and reached stage 2.

My online query to rectify the out of stock item has just been processed but now i'm being given an delivery date of 02/08/10, this is very dissapointing that scan aren't offering a saturday delivery on a order of this amount, obviously I appreciate the free shipping offer that scan offer to hexus users but this was a problem down to your own stocking/communication.
