I would have thought your CPU was faulty if that is the case even at stock speeds and would need be RMA'ed. The best thing you can do to be completely sure would be to check a different CPU in your system and see if it errors in the same way as that would indicate there is a problem with it.
Or you could try your CPU in a different system. In any case I think your CPU is faulty!

) and the same problem, looking all over the internet, a lot of people seem to be struggling with the same issue, I'm inclined to think it's a windows 7 / prime95 problem rather than my computer as it will do anything else you care to throw at it.
