    RMA status change

Hi there. I gor RMA for my mobo and have sent it to scan using DPD. According to dpd the item has been delivered to Scan yesterday(10.09.10) at 13.16.
I checked the Scan website today and the status hasn't changed from Authorised.
Should I be worried or is it normal that it takes more than 24 hours for the status to change? And yes I do realise it's Saturday.

As it's Saturday, you'll more likely see it booked in on Monday.

    Re: RMA status change

Hello again. It's Monday after 6 and it still says Authorised on Scan website? Shouldn't they got it by now? I mean I hope they did not lost my mobo as DPD has delivered the package. Would someone be able to check it for me? I don't really want to post my RMA number here but I will be happy to give all the details in PM.

    Re: RMA status change

So I've just got a notification that the status changed to Awaiting replacement / credit. I just wanted to ask how long will it appropriately take to get my mobo replaced? I mean do you think it would get sent by Friday? I start uni on Tuesday so Monday is like the last day when I could stay home.
