    RMA status?

    Hi guys

    I sent back an item, RMA #213724, for which I got an email marked "Completed" on 07/12/09

    However, there doesn't seem to be any obvious way to work out delivery details for the replacement (e.g. a tracking number). Can you give me a clue as to where the RMA is? Both my spare replacement items suck, so I'm eager to get my hands back on the real thing.

    If this doesn't arrive by Wednesday, I need to change the delivery address as I'll be on Xmas leave from Thursday & the current delivery address is to my office.
