My order seems to be stuck for no reason?

Dear Scan,

I put an order through on 14/12/10 and the order was dispatched on the same day, however I have not received any updates since it has arrived at the local depot. On DPD's website it says the backlog is only 1 day and my other 2 orders that were placed each a day before that (so on 12/12/10 and 13/12/10) arrived only a day late but the order placed on 14/12/10 seems to be stuck.

Please could you check into this for me. (It is a Lian Li PC-Q11 case) Tracking number is 1300171378 and it's been at my local depot since 15/12/10. It's an hour away (AFAIK it's in Croydon and I live in Surbiton/Kingston) but unfortunately the local transport connection to there is not direct and I cannot drive yet so I can't pick it up myself otherwise I would have gone already.
