I returned a Zalman 3D monitor and i have a question over the credit procedure.
I returned the monitor and scan received the item back on the 16th december at 11.32 AM. It was checked and the returns procedure started on the 20th december but i still have no return credit and it just says awaiting credit/replacement. I understand it has not been that long but considering the money was taken out of my account in 3 days, its a fair amount of time.
I got a considerable amount more money for christmas than expected through holiday and bonus pay so i decided to build a new computer but i cannot do this until the money is returned. I sent another email before and you replied it takes 7-10 working days to clear but with it being christmas and the bank holidays this is unacceptable. It took you 2 working days to start the credit procedure.
I really needed to build this computer before the new year because my friend who is a IT technician will help me build it and hes away visiting family in new zealand from the 3rd January. If the money clears tomorrow i will have time to hopefully have the items delivered friday. I want the 3XS Black ops i7 cpu bundle so that will take time for you to build. I will be buying the bundle and other components from you as soon as the money clears. I sent an email about this earlier but i can discuss the problem on the forums.
On another note when i received the monitor it had no extra box or wrapping. it was just the monitors box. When i opened the package there was alot of condensation on the entire contents of the box. Obviously you cannot help the freezing weather but an extra box would have stopped this. Its lucky the monitor worked at all.
Any information is greatly appreciated, I really dont want to be building the pc by my self.
