PC Dead (I did send a Tech Support Query but I got No Response)

Hey guys,
I sent a query to Tech Support about my PC but got no response and it been like 2 days (Query Number OLQ890852). It's totally dead. Nothing happens when I hit the power button except the fans do a quarter turn and the MemOK! lights flashes once. When I plug out the 8 pin CPU power more happens. The fans power up but obviously I can't do anything as the cpu gets no power. So I tried a new power Supply Before this problem occurred as when I turned the PC on the MemOK! light just kept flashing while the fans spun but no video or anything. So I take it out of the case and try a new PSU and it works but then it says something about lost setting in the bios. I go into the bios look at nothing and just hit save and exit. Then it reboots and says something along the lines of please pick primary boot device and powered down. That was weird as all that was plugged in was my SSD. I hit the power button and nothing which is my current problem. I just want a working PC and this build is far more trouble than it is worth.
