Long time no hear (RMA)

Dear Scan,

Can someone please contact me over the RMA number I've used above? I've sent a number of online enquiries (starting last week) but have yet to receive an acknowledgement from you.

The last contact I had from you was 11th December and the RMA is showing as completed but this situation has been dragging on since September 2010 and I would like someone to tell me what's going on.
