    Do you guys actually answer the phone?!?

    So.. third time of ringing today with zero answer (each time stuck on ringing tone for a good 5 minutes after selecting all the options) good thing i'm using your 012 number!

    Anyway, if anyone could answer on here it would be appreciated. I sent my return back to you yesterday using city link which recorded delivery at 10:44 yesterday. My RMA status still hasn't been updated to received. Can you confirm that you have at least received it? Plus how long it's going to take for me to get my money back? It's just a return not a full blown RMA.

    From the item arriving at Scan, in my case, a fortnight (well, assuming it turns up in the next couple of days as they claim it will).

    As yours, a basic return.

    In the past it has taken stupidly long amounts of time, so it's a bit of a lottery.

    I'm not in a mental rush so can handle a week or so. Just a bit mythed about why they have had it for 24hrs already and not marked my RMA as received. Having that done can put my mind at ease.

    Merson,

    As the card was only showing by Royal Mail as being delivered yesterday it might take another 48 hours to update on the site as being recieved, this is always the busiest time of year for our returns team with goods from before Christmas also being sent back.

    Gonna bump this as i have been stuck on "Awaiting Replacement/Credit" now for way to long. I need this money back (Hell your gonna be getting it back anyway as i need to get a new order in sharp, just waiting on this weeks today only's then i'm going to do it on Friday). Surely after the testing has been completed that hard work has been done and the rest is just automated credit? It's never taken this long to get a refund off other suppliers before. I know your busy and all but like i said earlier it really shouldn't take this long, it's going back into my paypal as well which should be instant.

    My RMA should be attached to my original post.
