    RMA query - No response

I returned a graphics card to scan on 25th Feb and was told the following monday that the card had been tested in windows with new drivers and that it was working fine. The thing is this was not the problem that i had described. The problem was connection through a DVI to VGA adaptor(three diferent ones tried) to a CRT monitor. Text in VGA mode ie. in the bios screen, linux console, dos etc was blurry/smeary. Note that these adaptors all work fine attached to my old 7600gs DVI port with clear sharp text. This leads me to suspect that there is something wrong with the analog path(just a guess though).

I have sent two queries through the scan returns query form, one about three weeks ago and one on tuesday past. I have recieved absolutely no response, not even a rejection of my request for confirmation on the testing done.

Could i please get some kind of response.

    Thank you.

Re: RMA query - No response

Still no reply whatsoever. What's going on Scan? You still have a card i payed £147 for.

That's about a month now. Poor, very poor.

    Edit:
Just incase you can't find it(although a simple request would have done) here's my RMA number: 239704.

Re: RMA query - No response

Item was tested not faulty and a re-test was actioned which also verified the item was not faulty, this information has been updated and available via RMA tracking since 25/03/2011 for the re-test and 28/02/2011 for the original test.
