Return 5870 under DSR

Hi, ibought 2 xfx 5870's from scan, one was faulty returned for replacement, however was told stock was arriving but are insisting they are refunding me. However the other card is useless to me as i wanted xfire, as they cant provide a replacement 5870, frankly I dont want it. They will not accept it as its opened, its not been used and is in pristine condition with packaging. I wanted a refund for both so i can buy a different set of xfire cards.

My delivery came on the 18th may 2011

I have emailed today saying i want to return under DSR.

I spent over £1000 with them and they cant even accept it back or send me a replacement 5870.
2nd time this has happened to me

Thank you for looking into this for me Chris. Ideally I would like a replacement 5870 as I wanted a crossfire setup but if you have none available then I would like to return my working card so I can have a refund for both cards.

You posted on the 28th which is a saturday, its a bank holiday weekend so they won't open till today, the fact your invoice number is still present means no as they normally delete it. I'm sure it will get looked into later today.

We replied a few times to you, I notice you use hotmail, have you added "SCAN" to your safe list, otherwise please check your junk email folder, the emails we sent authorising all of this back on the 28th May will be there.

I will try, only this morning we sent you another email, it may be better to call us to calrify the information and is possible provide a alternative email address and hotmail can be very hit and miss.

thanks wesley, is this to return under dsr though? originally i requested rma for this one as was getting green artifacts but this was down to amds powersave which downclocks the gpu. I did email you with a letter attached on 24th may requesting to return under dsr.
