Please note I am posting on behalf of my brother who doesn't have an Hexus forum account, nor would be able to explain the issues.
The order number is the invoice number as it was an over the phone order, but will get the paper invoice to confirm.
Right then he has 2 WD15EADS drives both with the well documented slowdown issues, both drives will pass a DLGDIAG test but will randomly slow down more so when the approaching 70 to 80% full mark.

So I thought I'd RMA them direct with WD but after a serial number check they appear to be grey imports.
So begs the question how do I get them replaced when the fault is intermittent but well documented on the web with Scan as I assume they will be covering the full length of the warranty?
