Radeon 4890 RMA

I bought XFX Radeon 4890 for 150 pounds 17 month ego.
My card was faulty few weeks ego I create Rma and send back to Scan.
Scan find fault and send card to XFX .

Could someone explain me what I expect in return my broken Radeon.
I try speak with guys from return support but I'm not receive any information regarding replacement (for what can replace?).

See the other topic (RMA already longer than a month). Basically, the fact that 'fault found' has been checked on the Scan site, it does not mean that it has been tested.
