    RMA Number: 255803

    Hi

I got an automated response a short while ago saying that no fault found & to contact yourselves.

As I said in my original request for return it wouldn't start up at all. Even after I purchased & tried a different PSU, removed & reinserted memory, tried clearing CMOS etc. Now all the same hardware is working in the board I purchased from you. Is there perhaps an intermittent fault?

The last thing I want to do is throw more money at this ie paying to get it back selling it on & the buyer having the same issues as myself.

Look forward to your thoughts on this

    Re: RMA Number: 255803

    Hi,

Please see the testing notes below from the engineer testing the returned motherboard:

"Displaying fine, loaded BIOS defaults. Checked DSUB/DVI and both PCIx slots, got displays from all of them. "

There is no mention in your initial fault report of an intermittent fault. If you wish I can request it is tested over a longer period of time, however without knowing how long the fault may take to occur this could be quite difficult.

    Regards

    Thanks for replying...

There is no mention of an intermittent fault in my initial fault report because as far as I could see the motherboard was completely dead & nothing I attempted would make it power on.

If it was possible to test for a longer period of time I would really appreciate this.

    Many Thanks
