Okay we have a slight issue.
The person who has to give the parcel back to DPD today is unsure where to drop it off and the university says that he has to meet them on sight when DPD arrive. Therefore DPD need this persons mobile number so that they can ring him when they need to collect the parcel. Is there any chance you can ring DPD and tell them the mobile number they need to ring when they get into campus?

Hi,

Although difficult to comment on something that hasn't happened yet, we can confirm DPD have passed the number you have provided to the driver making the collection.

Should the collection fail for whatever reason we can re-schedule a collection for another day, tomorrow for example.
